1. Returns
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was received, Executive Order Clothing will not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all the tags in place. We will accept returns for items that meet the return criteria set forth below for 14 days from the date of purchase, Exceptions are stated below. Executive order clothing may deny any return or exchange if it fails to meet our return criteria.

3. Returning a product if you change your mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and you notify us within 14 days of delivery, Executive Order Clothing will provide you with a full refund for unopened products (provided all the tags are still place) after the goods are returned to us. Risk of loss or damage to the goods will not be assumed by Executive Order Clothing until the item has been received at our warehouse.
Executive Order Clothing shall make full refunds (minus 10% restock fee) provided all tags are in place when returned) within to 14 days after delivery.
Executive Order Clothing will not charge you for restocking fee in the event there is a manufacturer defect in the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, Executive Order Clothing will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item meets the conditions for return, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days afterwards.
