The information and terms set out below constitutes our shipping policy. We deliver our orders between 9am-5pm on Monday to Friday. Since every order is unique, shipping costs also varies depending on the size, weight and destination of the product. For orders that are booked late by customers, express delivery is available to most destinations and delivery on the same day is offered in the selected cities.

1. Order Processing

Our time frame for order processing is between 2-4 business days, between 8am-4pm. We do not make delivery or ship orders on public holidays or any other days except during working days. Orders will be processed, fulfilled and dispatched as soon as we receive payment. The time for shipping is largely determined by the time the order is dispatched. However our delivery is usually between 7-10 days (unless if the delay is caused by the shipping carrier or pandemic). We will try to avoid any delay in dispatching the order, however we disclaim any liability incurred at the port due to delays caused by custom officers while clearing the products or such other event including but not limited to inability or delay in approving payment. We do not make delivery or ship orders on public holidays except during working days.

2. Returned products

To qualify, all returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase, the original manufacturer packaging and the original documentation, with all tags in place. Refunds will be made in the same method as payment unless you select to exchange the item or get a store credit in the amount of the refund. If your request for return meets our criteria, Executive Order Clothing will credit the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges, if any, and you will receive your refund in approximately 2-3 weeks.

To return your product, send an email to Sales@ExecutiveOrderClothing.com, you will be responsible for paying for the full shipping costs in returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time your product will get to you vary. Some of the factors that influences time of arrival of the products includes but not limited to custom clearance, delays or denial of payment approval. We will try to prevent these occurrences, however we make no warranty that they will not happen.

3. Cancellation

In the event customer desires to cancel any order or make changes to it, customer should contact our customer service representative before it is dispatched.

4. Method of Shipping

We use the following shipping methods to deliver orders:

  • FedEx
  • DHL

Please note that there may be delay in shipment, and many factors may be responsible for such delay. This includes but not limited to high volume of order rates by Executive Order Clothing, delay in clearing the products or delay in payment approvals

5. Shipping Rates

Generally, shipping rates varies and are calculated based on the size of your product and your location. Executive order clothing will not be responsible for any taxes or tariffs associated with shipping your order to you.

6. International Shipping

We also provide international shipping, so all our international customers can be rest assured that their needs will be met.

All International shipping attracts additional cost.
Please take note that International customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties once shipped.
International shipping takes more time before delivery, usually between 15-30 days.
Postal service is 7 – 14 days.

7. Order tracking

We will send a confirmation email (comprising a detailed description of your purchase) to you after booking an order with us. We can also contact you if we need additional information from you in other to confirm your payment. After approving your order, we will within a period of 2 days try and dispatch the order. We do not make any warranty that you will receive the product immediately; however we will ensure that the order reaches the designated destination within 7-10 days from the date of its dispatch. We will keep you posted with the status of the order until it gets to the destination with the tracking information and the estimated date of arrival

8. Damage to products or items shipped

In the event your order or products gets to you in a damaged condition, please note that we will not be liable for such loss. The shipping carrier should be held responsible for any damage caused to the product.
